Tour Overview

Stimulate your senses on a journey through this one-of-a-kind adventure park near Playa Del Carmen, featuring more than 50 diverse experiences. Just 50 minutes north of Tulum, this epic, half-day experience is will truly light up your senses and make for great family memories on your next Mexico vacation.

Soar through the jungle treetops in a Superman-like pose or zoom down a slide that drops you into a mysterious cave. Unwind by submerging yourself in a clay river and have your perceptions turned upside down in the "Town," where nothing is truly quite what it seems. This half-day escapade—promising "a world where perceptions are challenged"—is perfect for all ages.

The park offers two unique trails boasting 14 activities and over 50 sensory-awakening experiences. The “Path of Feeling” plunges you into darkness to magnify your senses of sound and touch, while the Way of Dwarfs and Giants manipulates your sense of scale through optical illusions. On the “The Path of Doing” your physical prowess is engaged. Glide across the jungle canopy like a falcon on a zipline, float effortlessly on a saltwater river, and slide into an underground cave. Revel in a mud swim and absorb the heat from the Xauna.

These interactive and entertaining experiences are not only memory-makers but also fantastic opportunities for photography. Having traversed the trails and earned your "Xensei" title, you'll definitely have something to boast about. What's great is that the experience only takes up half a day, giving you additional time to explore nearby areas or simply relax on the beach. For an even fuller day, consider coupling your Xenses visit with our half-day guided tour of the renowned Mayan ruins at Tulum, and take advantage of significant package discounts.
